Both Verizon and AT&T must be in cahoots where the iPad 3 is concerned, otherwise why is there a need to tease the masses with a banner that touts something mysterious and exciting that is in the works. AT&T's site has this splashed all over the landing page, "Coming soon. Get ready to see an exciting addition to our line-up." No prizes for guessing just what that is, and unless some other hardware company actually came up with something totally new and groundbreaking, we would say that the safe money is placed on an iPad 3. It makes perfect sense after all, as Apple remains the flagship partner for Verizon and AT&T.
