In fact, analytics firm Localytics says that demand for the popular device hasn't slowed down at all recently despite the twin blows of Samsung losing a $1 billion patent verdict and the release of the iPhone 5.
Localytics, which tracks what kinds of smartphones access thousands of mobile apps using its mobile analytics platform, says it has seen a 9% average increase of new Galaxy S III devices since the first week of August.
