Wall Street Journal reports that Nokia Lumia 900 is doing so well on Amazon, the Windows Phone-based smartphone has topped the online retailer's charts among contract-bound mobile devices. This positive news is just what Nokia needed, as this could be the start of the struggling Finnish phonemaker's turnaround. According to Amazon's real-time sales charts, more Lumia 900 units are sold compared to the likes of Motorola Droid Razr Maxx 4G as well as Samsung Galaxy S II 4G.
