The HTC Raider 4G has made its way to the offices of the FCC again. Yes, again. In case you're wondering why - the phone was previously named the HTC Vivid, but HTC ran into some legal issues with Vivid Entertainment a few weeks ago and had to stop using the name. So now, it looks like HTC has restored the phone to its original name, the Raider 4G and is getting it approved by the FCC again.
