Although it may look old-fashioned, the Tick Tock Bluetooth Alarm Clock from Edifier is modern to the core.  The clock has two 3.5W omni-directional speakers, and the clock face and hands have been replaced with an LED screen that displays date, time, and other information.  It can connect to any Bluetooth-enabled device to play music or to wake you with your favorite song.  You can also connect a non-Bluetooth device with the AUX input, and there's an FM radio to further expand your music choices.
