From walk in queues that have expanded to accommodate folks who prefer to purchase their meals from the comfort of their car, Japan has thought up of a spanking new plan that will enable hungry motorists to place their order via their car navigation systems. Yes sir, this will definitely help shave off plenty of waiting time, as you can always decide on what you want for lunch when you are stuck in a traffic jam, slowly making your way to the fast food joint where you will then pick up your meal there.

New Sony PlayStation Vita titles to be announced 9th March

As great as the PlayStation Vita's hardware is made out to be, we're sure that there are plenty of gamers out there who might be hesitant at adopting Sony's latest handheld gaming console possibly due to the lack of Vita titles currently available, which we guess could be said the same for pretty much any new product/feature/service (three cheers for early adopters!). Foursquare.com checks in with OpenStreetMap, checks out of Google Maps API

Foursquare's been quite the active startup lately, adding NFC support for Android 4.0 and releasing its app for the PlayStation Vita. The company isn't quite done being the mayor of Busyville, though, announcing a switch from Google Maps API to OpenStreetMap data-based MapBox Streets for Foursquare.com. Foursquare cited greater flexibility and support for other startups as reasons for the switch, although it also admits that Google's decision to start charging for its Maps API spurred the search for an alternative.
