It's the T-Mobile Prism 2, and it can be yours for just $20 down (with $4 installments for 24 months) or for $116 outright. The device isn't going to set the world on fire with its 1GHz processor, 3.2 megapixel camera, and lack of HSPA+ radios, but it does have Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and it is cheap.
