For example, when viewing a torch mounted on the wall in the HD headset, you could see the individual flickering of the flame with subtle color striations, whereas the same torch appeared as a pulsing orange blob in the existing dev kit. We also got to demo a virtual movie theater application built by UX Ground where we got to select our seat and watch a trailer for Man of Steel in a virtual IMAX theater. While the video wasn't as good as watching the flat screen in your living room, it's worlds better than watching on a phone or tablet, and we can see such an application having great appeal for folks on planes.
