Vodafone Surprises Irish Shoppers with Interactive Outdoor Games

In keeping with their Christmas campaign slogan ‘Great surprises make a great Christmas’, Vodafone Ireland invited Irish shoppers to play ‘Christmas Catch’ – a new, interactive digital game - in the run-up to Christmas.The game, which was the first of its kind in Ireland, allowed passing shoppers to play using their mobiles as game controllers.Vodafone worked with leading creative technologist Tim Redfern, who combined interactive voice response (IVR) technology, a simple system usually used to create automated menus for telephone support lines, with a classic game-play format.
